Our second little trip out, saw just 3 adult members & a junior pay a visit to a local bridge over the M58 in Skelmersdale. We chose a bridge close to junction 3, as there is no lighting at all on this section of the motorway, making the only light available to us, the light from the traffic & the remaining light in the night sky. Which makes for great photos!

We arrived as the sun was setting & we managed to capture some sunset images before it disappeared all together. Although it didn't rain, it was a very windy night. So safety was priority, specially when we had a junior member joining us for the night.

With cameras on our tripods now & the light starting to fade, our exposure time started to extend. Some members choosing to use ND filters to really push the camera & gain a longer exposure time, other members going with the shorter time on the camera & merging multiple images together in Photoshop, to create the desire look. Which ever look our members went for or the way they edited them, the images turned out great. Another enjoyable night to be had, by those who attended.

We're hoping to have guest join us on our trips out soon, will keep everyone posted. In the mean time, stay safe & enjoy your photography.
